Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica - Papagayo Bay

The four seasons has a fantastic location with double beaches that are perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the side-by-side massages at the spa. The food was nice, especially the offerings at the on-site restaurants.

Impressive rooms with a kitchenette area and a storage space. The beds exceptionally comfortable. Location just next door to 1 "beach " overlooking the bay, beautiful golf course, and the inland peninsula.

The staff organized fishing trips that were exciting to experience. some activities felt overpriced.

The Four Seasons in Papagayo Bay offered very nice views and a beautiful, well-kept hotel. The room featured a plunge pool with a private escape and was fantastic. Dining was enjoyable, especially the tacos at La Bahia restaurant. We had them multiple days in a row because they were so good. The selection of complimentary activities, like the eco-adventure and smoothie-making, kept us engaged, and the staff seemed eager to ensure we had a great time. Some aspects felt a bit overpriced, especially for dining, where I wished the options were a tad more adventurous. We also experienced slight confusion with the day pass details, missing reservation numbers and unclear access to activities. Such inconsistencies impacted the ease of our stay. So, while we loved the atmosphere and service, clarity on amenities and activities would enhance the overall experience.

Staying at the Four Seasons in Papagayo Bay was a dream! The Canopy Plunge Pool Suite offered ample space and fine views, complete with lounging monkeys. Dining poolside each day, I enjoyed the great food-all while soaking up the beautiful surroundings. A little pricy overall, but every experience felt very good!
